Urgent COVID-19 Update from Embrace Your Smile Orthodontics
Due to the new ADA and CDA guidelines we will be closed until further notice. The situation regarding office closures and Covid 19 is changing daily. Please keep monitoring our website and social media for updates. We will be calling patients scheduled the week of March 30th to reschedule their appointments.
We do not make this decision lightly, and it is being done out of an abundance of caution during this historic public health emergency. The California Dental Association and the American Dental Association has recommended that dental office voluntarily close for a small period of time to help reduce the spread of corona virus. We believe that this closure will allow us to do our part to help keep our community safe through social distancing and will allow us to effectively evaluate this evolving situation.
As you know, we utilize the highest-level medical grade disinfecting protocols, and disinfecting agents in our office as a standard protocol. We are employing even more heightened precautions, sanitizing non-critical items in the office such us doorknobs, pens, and lobby counters. We will continue to employ these protocols when we reopen for the continued safety of our patients and community. The health of our patients and community is our highest concern.
We will keep you updated if there are any changes. If you are a patient of record with an appointment scheduled during this closure period, we will be contacting you to reschedule your appointments. Please be patient with us during this trying time, as we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs and get you in as efficiently as possible.
We appreciate your support during these unprecedented times. It is our goal to keep our patients, our staff and our community as healthy as possible during this national emergency. We are always available if you need us. Should you require emergent services, please contact our office at 661-259-2388. Press “0” to get in touch with staff member who will be on-call during this office closure.
We are sending our best wishes to our patients, their families and our community to stay safe and healthy.
